Grupo Holanda Comercial S.A de C.V. was established in 2006 en Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. Grupo Holanda Comercial is an internationally oriented trading company that focuses on bringing innovative construction materials to Mexico. Our primary interest is in ventilated façadas. Grupo Holanda Comercial S.A de C.V. offers added value to architects and project investors by making innovative construction materials available  in Mexico. Grupo Holanda Comercial was the first company to import Terracotta Ventilated Façadas to Mexico. In October 2007 we finished the installation of our first project: Tanarah in Monterrey. We are proud to have the world's leading terracotta façade producer, Moeding Keramikfassaden G.m.b.H, as our exclusive partner for Mexico. New projects have been signed since then and will soon be installed in Mexico. In addition to Moeding, we distribute all products of Fundermax , a major producer of High Pressure Laminate (HPL) panels for both interior and exterior applications. HPL panels have a wide range of applications: from exterior façadas, to interior walls and ceilings. Our Fundermax HPL systems are installed as suspended and ventilated façadas in order to reduce energy consumption. Many Fundermax projects have already been installed in Mexico. In order to solve a major problem in Mexico with regard to façade installation we have signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Austrian based Allface . Allface offers engineering solutions for converting any kind of façade material into a suspended and rear ventilated façade. Allface can provide Smart Fixing Systems for Granite, Marble, Cantera, Metal, HPL, Ceramic, Fibrecement etc. Allface: "European engineering solutions for Mexican façadas" . A major factor in the success of Grupo Holanda Comercial is the fact that we are active throughout the entire chain : we have direct contracts with the producers hence eliminating additional costs of middlemen, we handle transport directly and have a wide range of import options at our disposal, we actively participate in the sales process keeping a good feel with what Mexican architects and investors are really looking for, we can assist with architectural and engineering details in order to guarantee the quality of the design and construction and finally we supervise the installation in order to guarantee the best possible end result.
